"John
Series"
SUMMARY
The purpose
of the Gospel of John is to unveil, reveal and confirm Jesus'
identity as the Son of God. It is important to realize that
Jesus admitted that He was the Son of God, and was crucified on that
basis. In other words, He was being crucified for being who He
is.
The
question is what did it mean for Jesus to be the Son of God?
There are a lot of different perspectives about the term "The Son of
God". Sadly, many people walk in unbelief towards Jesus.
This unbelief strips Jesus of His identity, power and authority.
It reduces Him to a Jesus that is unable to save a person to the
uttermost.
The "John
Series" clearly shows Jesus as the Son of God as being external in
existence, deity in nature, and personal as the Lamb of God,
Shepherd and Lord. He is the "I Am", the Bread of Heaven, the
Giver of Living Water, the Vine of Life, the Way to the Father, and
the Truth about God. His teachings reveal the heart of God's
love, the level of His commitment and His pure desire towards His
followers.
This series
takes one on an incredible journey in discovering the Son of God.
It is a must for those who desire to know Jesus for who He is and to
confirm the faith of those who have embraced Him as the Son of God.
